What drove you to join CrossFit Jozi East?
Peer pressure….well kinda, so many people talk about it all the time I had to check it out myself.

How long have you been a member for?
5 months – still a beginner

Who inspires you?
All the ladies at the box, the things they are able to do are just amazing.

What are you doing when you aren’t at the gym?
Cycling with my fiancé, we love the outdoors and doing something healthy together its so rewarding for our relationship. Also spending time with my 2 kids.

Tell us one interesting thing that people might not know about you?
We run a pop up protein smoothie bar at sports event like The Warrior race, we just love being part of such big events and being able to provide competitors with healthy tasty treats.

What was your favorite childhood T.V Programme?
The Never-ending Story & Annemaniacs ….lol

If you had to have a super power what would it be and why?
To be able to fly, so many beautiful places in the world, I would love to be able to experience all of it.

What would your perfect workout be?
400m run, wall balls, kb swings, box jumps, ring rows, and then skipping – repeat.

What has been your most memorable class or session at CFJ East?
Day 2 of ground work, that was hectic I was having second thoughts, but stuck around for more pain.

What might we find in your fridge at home?
Champaigne (oops) old veggies from the winter challenge I just could not get myself to eat. Just kidding they in the bin long ago.

What Is The Coolest Thing That You Have Achieved At CFJ East?
Still too many things I have to work on.

What Changes In Your Health Have You Noticed Since Starting?
More energy and way better fitting clothes, I sleep real well too.

Pull-ups and kipping pull-ups – It looks super cool! Not there yet, but working on it.
