CHALMAR BEEF ATHLETE OF THE MONTH: JUNE & JULY 2016

For the majority of our members, their initial interest to join was to “get fit”, “lose some weight” or “tone up”. In most cases, we’ve found that even after just a few weeks of training a question like “what keeps you coming back for more” yields an entirely different answer to one most people would expect. If you read Dean and Marizka’s testimonials below, you’ll know what i’m talking about because you’ve felt the same changes. Congratulations to Dean and Marizka on the progress you’ve made, for getting your family to swing kettle bells with you and we hope your wedding day is filled with all the joy you’ve helped to spread at CFJ East. C/
