I hope you’ve done your grocery shopping, because you start getting scored from tomorrow (Friday 1 February)!

Below is an attachment with athlete contact details, and your teams. You are to choose a team captain. All captains are to email me so that I can get them access to the scoring sheet. The scoring sheet will only need to be completed once a week on Thursdays.

You need to attend any one of the classes on Friday – even if they are fully booked. YOU have to record your scores on the whiteboard so that we have them recorded.

The nutrition rules are below. They are simple, and you only need to adhere to them over 28 days. You are expected to adhere ENTIRELY to the rules. Athletes found cheating will be disqualified, and their teams penalised.
