I’m a Jr. Project Manager for a Bio-gas company and a part time student.

The big variety and intensity of the exercises.

Looking at the regular classes and thinking whether I’ll every be able to do the movements.

WHAT IS THE COOLEST THING THAT YOU HAVE ACHIEVED AT CFJ?
Stringing pull-ups together in a workout.

WHAT CHANGES IN YOUR HEALTH HAVE YOU NOTICED SINCE STARTING CrossFit?
I’ve lost a lot of weight and, and my knee and back pain is gone.

WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU’RE NOT BUSY GETTING FITTER AT CFJ?
Enjoying some time with family and friends and cooking with my girlfriend.

WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENTS SINCE JOINING CFJ?
Since joining, I’m much more focused on healthy eating, I’ve stopped smoking and also cut back on drinking.

The whole CFJ community is inspiring for me, to see how people improve from week to week and to see what the human body is capable of.
