I am currently studying Drama at the University of Pretoria

I would say about two years, one and a half years consistently.
WHAT ENCOURAGED YOU TO JOIN US WHEN YOU DID?
My brother Ryan started and kept telling me about it so I decided to try it out.
ARE THERE ANY MEMORIES FROM YOUR FIRST DAYS THAT YOU’D LIKE TO SHARE?
I remember just being completely messed after the workout, and seeing all the people in the normal classes and they looked so amazing, and my first workout in the normal classes was Fight Gone Bad, and it was horrible!
WHAT IS THE COOLEST THING THAT YOU HAVE ACHIEVED AT CFJ?
Pull ups and toes to bar, I wanted it for so long and I’m so glad I finally got them, and also continuously learning to lift heavier.
WHAT CHANGES IN YOUR HEALTH HAVE YOU NOTICED SINCE STARTING CrossFit?
I’ve definitely lost at least 8kgs and I’ve become more confident with my body in general.
WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU’RE NOT BUSY GETTING FITTER AT CFJ?
I love going to festivals and markets, a lot of time with my friends and my dogs.
WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENTS SINCE JOINING CFJ?
Athlete of the month, and then just generally getting fitter and feeling yourself improve constantly.

I need to make my double unders better, and the dream will always eventually be muscle ups, and a 90kg back squat one day wouldn’t hurt either!
WHERE IS YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE TO EAT OUT IN JOZI?
I love 33 on High for breakfasts and Rossa has amazing pizzas.

WHO INSPIRES YOU AT CFJ AND IS THERE ANYONE ELSE YOU’D LIKE TO GIVE A SHOUT OUT TO?
Everyone inspires me. All the people that show up everyday no matter the workout or how sore they are and just get it done. And just all the ladies in general that are becoming stronger and breaking the stereotype that skinny is the only way to be.
