1. Name: Greg Bryant

2. I have been Training at CrossFit Jozi since: Since Jan 2015

3. I discovered CrossFit Jozi through: I used to train ( at least I thought I was training) , at Virgin Active , and while I was on annual leave in December 2014 I stopped by Green Cross. I had read about CrossFit and saw CFJ and decided to walk in. It was about 14h00 in the afternoon and Tia was training. The conversation with Tia and her willingness to sacrifice her own training and answer my questions was enough to prompt me into signing up.

4. The most significant changes in my health since starting CrossFit has been:
I would list this as being:
a. Improvement in fitness levels,
b. weight loss ,
c. improved posture ,
d. improved mental strength ,
e. improved energy levels

5. My biggest challenge in CrossFit is: Front Squats and Skipping

6. The coaching staff, the positive vibe and general comradery keeps me coming back

7. If I could use one word to describe myself it would be: Eternal Optimist

8. My favourite activity outside of CrossFit is: Reading in general

9. My favourite place to eat in Jozi is: Pappas on the Square

10. My proudest accomplishment at CrossFit Jozi is: Taking Part in my first open this year, was aa awesome experience and I cannot wait to enter again next year.

11. My goals for the remainder of the year are: To continue working at improving my flexibility by following and adhering to stretching regimes and evaluating and measuring improvements in my flexibility.

2. I have been Training at CrossFit Jozi since: Around June 2015

3. I discovered CrossFit Jozi through: my daughter – Dawn Stockill (who is a 6am warrior)

4. The most significant changes in my health since starting CrossFit has been: My Weight and general strength have improved

5. My biggest challenge in CrossFit is: Improving my core strength

6. Tia, and my fellow training members keep me coming back !

7. If I could use one word to describe myself it would be: Crazy!

8. My favourite activity outside of CrossFit is: Doing DIY projects.

9. My favourite place to eat in Jozi is: Fahrenheit

10. My proudest accomplishment at CrossFit Jozi is: Increasing my working weights.

11. My goals for the remainder of the year are: To strengthen my core, and improve my strict press.
