The challenge is all about improving your choices surrounding food, training and recovery. Certain foods could be having a detrimental impact on your health and fitness without you knowing. The challenge teaches you about which foods to avoid, and gives you guidelines on instilling healthier dietary habits for life. The challenge will hold you accountable for maintaining these habits, as well as for bettering your training and recovery habits.
How do we know the challenge works? Because not only have we done it, but hundreds of CrossFit Jozi members have done it over the past four years and it’s changed all of our lives for life![/fullwidth_text] [blank_spacer height=”30px” width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”]

What about measurements?
For this challenge, there are no measurements. Focusing on the numbers often makes you forget about the true benefits these changes could have on your life. It’s about more than just weight loss or better performance. So no scales, body fat meters or performance tests. It’s just you and the decisions you have to make to be healthier.[/fullwidth_text] [blank_spacer height=”30px” width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”]
FOR YOUR OWN GOOD[/fullwidth_text]
The way you eat, how often you exercise, how you exercise, what you do to recover from exercise, and how much sleep you get all have a profound impact on your health and fitness. This is just 28 days of your life, to give you a better life.
So we want you to enter, and we want you to commit to sticking to the rules. We know that if you do, you’ll surprise yourself with the results.
Tyre kickers aren’t welcome, though. If you’re committed to making a change, sign up and we’ll be at your back. But if you’re going into this expecting to cheat, you’re just selling yourself short and we won’t accept that.
It’s just 28 days.[/fullwidth_text] [blank_spacer height=”30px” width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”]
