The Zone method of eating uses your body type and activity levels to formulate specific macro-nutrient (carb, fat, protein) quantities and proportions. The ratio of macro-nutrients in the meals and snacks you eat is the key to achieving optimal health.

This lifestyle challenge is going to teach how to get in to the Zone, and then evaluate the effectiveness of strictly adhering to the method over four weeks.

Body fat percentage: Your body fat % will be measured using skinfold callipers and the percentage change over the 4 weeks will be assessed.
Lean body mass: Your lean mass will be measured using skinfold callipers and the percentage change over the 4 weeks will be assessed.
Accountability: Your adherence to the Zone, and consistency at training will be tracked using an online log.

Obtain baseline AND post-challenge measurements of body composition, fill in your online score sheet WEEKLY, and complete the entire challenge HONESTLY.
The winner of each category will earn 25% of the entry pool.
